He provides evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns and life transitions, with sessions available in both English and Spanish. Rigo takes a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach that helps clients navigate stressors, strengthen self-perception and build healthier relationships through empathetic, skills-based care.
Trauma and Anxiety Treatment with Evidence Based Care
Rigo specializes in helping clients work through trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression using a range of evidence-based modalities. With a Master of Social Work from Boise State University, he draws on Cognitive Processing Therapy, CBT, DBT and trauma-focused approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
Sessions focus on identifying patterns that fuel distress while building practical coping skills like thought reframing, emotion regulation and mindfulness strategies. Treatment addresses both immediate symptoms and underlying issues, empowering clients to make meaningful progress between sessions and sustain lasting change.
Bilingual Therapy for Children, Families and Couples
Rigo offers Spanish-language therapy and works with a broad range of clients, from young children to older adults, in individual, couples and family formats. He integrates Play Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and family systems approaches to address behavioral concerns, parenting challenges and relationship conflict with developmentally appropriate, attachment-informed care.
