Hi, I’m Terry, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief, loss, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and real. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be yourself without judgment. Whether you’re dealing with the loss of a loved one, feeling stuck, or trying to make sense of your emotions, you don’t have to go through it alone.

With a background in hospice care, I have a deep understanding of grief and the complex emotions that come with it. I use a combination of evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, while also meeting you where you are emotionally.

My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you move through your healing process.
