My professional repertoire includes facilitating support groups and individual counseling for LGBTQ+ adolescents, Family Counseling, Couples Therapy and most recently Care Management for older adults. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes.
