Ryan Adamczyk Verified Provider

Ryan Adamczyk is a counselor and child therapist with Thriveworks in Charlotte, North Carolina. He accepts Medicare and other insurance coverages. Individual sessions cost $200 initially and $160 for subsequent sessions.

Mr. Adamczyk has a bachelor of arts in religious education, a minor in business administration, and a graduate degree in psychology. Therapy paths used include psychoanalytic, Christian counseling, humanistic/rogerian, adlerian, jungian, narrative, psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, and existential therapy.

Adolescents and adults are eligible for Thrivework’s services. Mr. Adamczyk provides counseling for individuals, couples, and families online or in person.

As a counselor who survived a stroke at 18 months old, Mr. Adamczyk is experienced in overcoming life obstacles because of disabilities. He can closely relate to clients who are trying to overcome adversaries.

His expertise lies with anxiety, coping skills, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, stress and veteran issues. He also treats depression, anger management, and self esteem issues. He and his staff believe that clients can only achieve wholeness through working on their spiritual and clinical well being.
