I am licensed in Florida with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, & abuse. I also have experience working with depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. In addition, I am a Christian counselor, and I believe that if individuals who want their beliefs incorporated into therapy should have this available to them. I feel that my approach will help you understand how God designed your body and the effects of trauma. Giving yourself grace and understanding is part of the healing process.
