I have lived almost my whole like in SE Texas. I have one daughter and two grand boys. My husband and I have been married for 21 years. We live in a small town and have horses, a donkey, chickens and love to play in the dirt. I have lived in large cities and I understand that place of life as well.

I am very interested in helping the whole body heal; body, soul, and spirit. I do not believe you can separate your physical and emotional self. One step at a time, one day at a time we can become better versions of our self finding peace…but it is work. Are you ready for a fresh start? Ready to dig out the weeds and plant new seeds?
