I am a family and individual therapist licensed in Louisiana and Texas. I have 31 years of experience working as a clinical social worker. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress and anger management, and relationship issues.

I am the author of Journaling My Truth, a therapy inspired journaling poetry workbook to encourage and motivate you to speak your truth. I am a believer that we all need a safe space to speak our truth without any judgements. That safe space is our healing place. Additionally, I have authored Dating After Divorce Card Deck and Dating After Divorce Companion Reflection Journal to hep promote healing and forgiveness after divorce.

My therapy style is interactive and very compassionate. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, solution-focused and acceptance and commitment therapy. Your treatment plan will be unique to your individual needs.
