Mary M. (Lindy) Peterson

As a service-oriented Licensed Professional Counselor, I am focused on helping others. I am licensed in Texas with 44 years of professional work experience with 36 of those years being in a school setting and 8 years in a Christian counseling setting. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I also have experience working and coping with grief, loss, and other life changes. Through active listening and feedback, I am committed to building positive relationships with clients and helping you to identify behaviors that are hindering your growth and then helping you to discover more constructive ways to grow. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
