I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and the licensing board only allows us to work with residents of Texas.
I have over 30 years of professional experience in Private Practice, along with group work. I worked with trauma using Psychodrama in hospital settings and treatment facilities. However, my focus using online therapy will be with the following:
stress and anxiety
relationship issues
parenting
motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
I have been described as supportive and compassionate with the ability to ask questions to help you explore the work you came to do. I will challenge you to grow to a greater fulfillment in life.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Together, we will strive to build on your strengths to tackle what is difficult in your life right now.
