I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relationship issues, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. My therapeutic approach is primarily client-centered and integrative, meaning I tailor treatment strategies to each individual’s unique needs by drawing from various therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused brief therapy, prioritizing a collaborative and supportive environment where you actively participate in identifying and addressing your concerns to achieve meaningful change.
