Hello everyone!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and have been since October 2016. I have approximately 8 years of experience providing mental and behavioral health services to individuals in my community. I tailor counseling theories, techniques, and clinical approaches to my clients’ needs. I will work alongside you to continue to discover your full potential and support you along your healing journey. I have a background of working in in-patient and outpatient agencies, providing counseling to youth and adults both in-person and via telehealth, and am currently facilitating group counseling which identify and address themes of acculturation, adjustment, behavior, goal-setting, self-esteem, self-harm, and trauma.
