Online

Hello, and welcome—I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I’m here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I work with individuals facing stress, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and behavioral challenges. I’m especially passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate emotional, academic, and social pressures. My approach is collaborative and personalized. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, and build practical tools to help you move forward with confidence. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These methods can help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. In our work together, we can focus on: • Managing stress, anxiety, and mood concerns • Building healthy coping and emotional regulation skills • Improving communication and relationships • Increasing self-esteem and confidence • Making positive decisions and changes I also take a holistic perspective and understand how environments like family, school, and community can impact your well-being—especially for teens. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master’s in Criminal Justice from Loyola University New Orleans. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Louisiana. You don’t have to go through things alone. I look forward to supporting you at your own pace and helping you move toward growth and healing.
