My approach is culturally responsive and rooted in social justice, ensuring you feel seen and respected without having to “translate” your cultural reality. My therapy style feels relational, warm, approachable, and friendly. My clients often report that they feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment or pressure. With that being said, I am always willing to call a client in in order to challenge them, help them grow, and put the version of themselves they wish to be at the driver seat.
