Clients can see Jane for a number of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, chronic illness, trauma, alcohol and drug abuse, eating disorders and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).Â
She lets her clients lead the discussion and cover topics that are important to them while offering real skills work and evidence based interventions. Jane uses a mixture of trauma informed care, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).Â
