Anne Witteman is an LGBTQIA+ friendly, dually licensed mental health and substance use clinician and counselor based in Fargo, North Dakota. She offers online and in-person sessions on what she describes as the ‘coziest couch in existence’ from North Star Counseling. She’s available for individual sessions most weekdays and is in-network with most major insurance providers, including Medicaid.  For out-of-network clients, she can provide superbills that can be submitted to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
