Trauma and Military-Focused Therapy in Killeen
Sara’s military background and clinical training uniquely position her to support veterans, active-duty service members and military families navigating trauma, PTSD, deployment stress and life transitions. She provides trauma focused therapy using evidence based approaches tailored to the realities of military life.
Sessions integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and person-centered techniques to help individuals and couples process difficult experiences, manage symptoms and build resilience. Treatment addresses both the underlying impact of trauma and practical coping strategies for everyday challenges.
Couples and Relationship Counseling
Sara works with couples facing communication breakdowns, infidelity, codependency and marital stress using the Gottman Method. She provides premarital counseling and relationship support for partners navigating conflict, attachment concerns, and major life changes through structured, skills-based sessions that strengthen connection and understanding.
