About Me

As a compassionate therapist, I support individuals as they navigate trauma, grief, parenting challenges, and the complexities of life. My practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep appreciation for each person’s unique life experience. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered to heal, grow, and move forward with greater resilience and confidence.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to effective therapy. Research consistently shows that healing happens within a strong, trusting connection, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen and supported. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
Using a trauma-informed lens, I help clients process difficult experiences and past wounds while building practical coping strategies for resilience and emotional well-being. I am committed to honoring each person’s story, values, and lived experience while offering guidance with empathy, curiosity, and care.
I also have extensive experience working with children and families. I support children in understanding and managing difficult emotions while developing healthy coping skills in a safe therapeutic environment. I also partner with parents and caregivers to strengthen relationships and build resilience at home.
My clinical work is informed by training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based approaches, which I integrate thoughtfully based on each client’s needs.
Whether you are navigating trauma, grief, parenting challenges, caregiving responsibilities, or a major life transition, I offer a compassionate and supportive space for healing and growth. Seeking support takes courage, and you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater resilience, connection, and well-being.
