About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with three years of experience in a public heath setting. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs, allowing me to develop a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy.
As an EMDR-trained therapist, I integrate evidence-based practices to help clients process difficult experiences, heal from past wounds, and move toward meaningful change. I frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques while tailoring treatment to each person’s unique goals, strengths, and circumstances.
My philosophy is simple: I meet clients where they are. I view my role as both a source of support and a believer in your ability to grow, heal, and create the life you want. Every person has a story—including me—and I am honored to hear yours. Together, we can explore the chapters that have shaped you while working to build healthier, more fulfilling chapters ahead.
Clients often describe my style as kind, direct, and compassionate. I believe therapy can address life’s most challenging moments without losing sight of hope, humor, and connection. While we will do meaningful work together, you can also expect a laugh or two along the way. Healing does not always have to feel heavy.
I believe that lasting change is possible, and I am committed to helping you recognize your strengths, overcome obstacles, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
