I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression. Much of my career has included working with people with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness as well as people with dual disorders.
