Learn MoreAbout Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado, specializing in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My approach centers on creating a compassionate, affirming space where clients can explore their unique challenges and strengths. I have extensive experience addressing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, trauma recovery, addiction, and major life transitions.
I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy to support emotional regulation, relational balance, and meaningful growth. My practice is deeply committed to understanding each person’s individual journey. I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized strategies for healing, growth, and self-discovery, offering a supportive and non-judgmental environment for exploration.
I am particularly passionate about working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, older adults, and those experiencing significant life changes. My work emphasizes values-based living, emotional resilience, and holistic well-being—helping clients move from survival patterns toward intentional, fulfilling lives. Drawing from Positive Psychology and strengths-based perspectives, I strive to empower clients to cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence in their capacity for change. I view therapy as a collaborative and creative process—a space where people can rediscover their strengths, rewrite their stories, and realign their lives with integrity, connection, and purpose.
