Ashley Fisher

I am licensed in Texas with years of professional work experience encompassing trauma-focused behavior and humanistic strategies to assist clients in living healthier and more productive lives. My counseling experience involves working in partnership with individuals, families, adults, children, the LGBTQ+, and IDD population. By implementing integrative therapeutic strategies involving EMDR, DBT, affirmative, Adlerian, gestalt principles, and cognitive behavioral therapy, I can establish and maintain a therapeutic alliance that promotes resilience and empowers clients to achieve their goals. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression.
