I am an LCSW, licensed in Colorado and Oregon, with 5 years of professional work experience. I have a background in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, grief & sleeping disorders. I am a huge advocate of animal assisted therapy, and have two therapy dogs, Lily and Maggie, that I have been using in practice for almost 7 years.
I love learning about new modalities, and am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Polyvagal Theory is one of my favorite ways to explain trauma and memory.
