Caitlin Riggins

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, self harm and suicidality, and trauma processing.

I use a collaborative approach in therapy sessions with the overall belief that you are the greatest expert on you! I utilize cognitive behavioral approaches with a solution focused lens. Ultimately, I will be there to support you in achieving whatever you identify as your goal.
