I am currently only seeing Insurance clients. Utilizing Cognitive Solution-Focused Therapy and Wisdom. Providing 32+ years of experience. Services Include Individual, Life Coaching, and Substance Abuse. An Air Force Veteran that plays the guitar, teaches Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, and Hapkido.

I usually start sessions with a 2-minute personal background and history and then listen to the clients’ background and history to establish a rapport, gain valuable assessment information to help formalize an effective treatment plan.
