Hi. I am a licensed therapist in New York state with over 25 years of experience in the human services field. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and couples of all ages facing a wide range of concerns; including, but not limited to: stress and anxiety, relationship and family challenges, grief and loss, major life transitions of all types, etc.
My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to each person I work with. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, using practical tools when helpful while also creating space to explore deeper patterns and emotions. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I work collaboratively with clients to find what feels most helpful and meaningful for them.
Reaching out for help takes courage, and I have a great deal of respect for that step. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. I genuinely care about the people I work with and feel honored to be a part of their process.”
