About Me

I have been working as a therapist for 20+ years. I love working with individuals that are open to change and willing to do the work. I take an eclectic approach(CBT, DBT, Mindfulness etc.) to treatment and utilize what works best for the client. My B.A. is in Behavioral Studies, I have a M.S. in Psychology, a M. Div in Ministry and a D.Min in Christian Counseling. I am licensed in Mental Health Counseling.
