Learn MoreAbout Me
I am LaQuesia, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over 15 years of experience advocating for individuals and families affected by trauma and mental health challenges. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce and have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including private practice, residential treatment, hospitalization, and schools.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe the family unit plays a vital role in the healing process, and I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their unique dynamics.
I specialize in working with clients facing trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, and family dysfunctions. My goal is to support you in finding meaningful solutions and fostering growth as you work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I look forward to walking with you on your journey!
