About Me

Jessie Napoli, LCMHC is the owner and clinician at Emerge Child and Family Counseling providing trauma informed therapy for children, teens, and adults in Concord, North Carolina. She specializes in EMDR, play therapy, CBT, and family centered care to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family conflict.

Trauma and EMDR Therapy for All Ages

Jessie’s core focus is trauma and PTSD treatment using SAFE EMDR for both adults and children. With advanced EMDR training and over 24 years of experience working with children and families she helps clients process difficult experiences and break intergenerational trauma cycles.

In sessions you’ll work through traumatic memories using structured and evidence based EMDR techniques alongside practical coping tools from CBT, TF-CBT, and mindfulness based approaches. Treatment addresses root causes while building skills to manage symptoms day-to-day.

Play Therapy and Early Childhood Support

Jessie works with children as young as age three using certified play therapy and creative approaches tailored to developmental needs. She partners with parents and caregivers to address behavioral concerns, anxiety, and family conflict through child centered sessions and family support.
